I hope people know how traumatic mental health illness can be to all involved, thankfully the staff on Glaven ward were outstanding in their care & understanding to the patient & family.

We would like to apologise for not having responded to these comments at the time, and can assure that we now have a more robust monitoring and responding system in place.

Recent posts have been responded to and we are now going back through previously un-responded comments to provide this update.

We would hope that the experience of Glaven Ward today would result in a similar experience and welcome contemporary comments about this.
