"Disgusted"

Not only did I have to wait nearly 3 hours in the waiting room in extreme pain but once I was through to minors for treatment I was assessed briefly in 2 mins by a nurse, rushed through for xray then diagnosed by a nurse. The curtain was left open at all times so the other patients and relatives could see and hear what was going on. Not once did I see a Doctor, not once were my opinions noted or asked for and to top it all off the splint they gave me for my wrist was the wrong type. I felt because they were busy, I was rushed through and just made to feel they had no time for me. Staff Nurses are brilliant but surely not qualified to make diagnosis's or read x-rays. I was sent away in extreme pain with no answers at all. Every faith I had or tried to keep for the NHS has nearly been destroyed thanks to the unprofessional, inconsiderate and unfriendly way I was treated. I will be going to get a second opinion elsewhere from preferably a qualified doctor!
