"Hospital feedback."

i would like to thank wholeheartedely the staff and management of hellesdon hospital drayton high road for making me what iam today especially the PALS Department and to the excellent nurses who are specialist in their fields. They actually helped me when i was very helpless and very vulnerable, they provided me with my own room and decent meals to eat at no extra cost. They also advised me when i was getting over the edge but i must confess i purely enjoyed my time with the nurse in occupational theraphy because he is not only a proffesional at his job he loves what he does. I just hope the minor leakages in the system which includes the bureaucracy could be addressed

We would like to apologise for not having responded to these comments at the time, and can assure that we now have a more robust monitoring and responding system in place.

Recent posts have been responded to and we are now going back through previously un-responded comments to provide this update.

We would hope that contact with our services today would result in a similar experience and welcome contemporary comments about this.
