i have a sister on ambleside ward , who has just rung me at 12.45am to say she has been asking for her morning meds since 10. 30 am , and is being total fobbed off ,they say give us two minutes thats a lot off two minutes , i am not happy with the care my sister is receiving ,if do not improve i will put in a formal complaint
