About: Royal National Throat, Nose & Ear Hospital

My daughter recieved her yearly OPD check up today with her fantastic consultant . Unfortunately , due to my mistake we arrived for her appointment 2 hours early . The Receptionist in OPD was brilliant and instead of insisting that we wouldn't be seen before our allotted appointment time , she went out of her way to make us comfortable and informed nursing staff that we were there early . We were seen early by the consultant who even apologised for keeping us waiting ! Well done to all and a huge thanks the Receptionist.
