Whilst the medical services and care were excellent during my stay at the Queen's Medical Centre, I found the food to be atrocious. I assume that good food would help patients to recover more quickly. If this is the case, may I suggest that it would be nice to think the hospital could buy and cook its own food. I am sure many patients would be prepared to pay for this service.
