"Mr C Snape"

My husband was in Cheadle hospital from March 2nd until he died on March 23rd 2013. He had the most appalling care, he had a stroke on Jan 21st, due to the stroke he had PEG fitted because he could not eat oral care is very important , he received very poor oral care, one nursing support women to him to the bathroom he could not walk iwas there at the time, he fell in the bathroom I though he was going to die in my arms , one day he someone else's pyjamas on when there were clean pyjamas in his cupboard, he had no pyjama trousers on one day, not very nice if his grandchildren went to visit. He was in terrible pain and the nurses would not listen to myself , family and friends, I rang up one night to see if he was alright and the nurse I spoke to was very rude, uncaring and very unprofessional . I have a complaint going on at the moment but feel as if they think I will go away. I am posting this because I hope this will make them sit up and think what upset they caused my husbands family, friends and myself.
