"Great staff- quick prompt service"

About: The James Cook University Hospital

I brought my mum to the opd haematology for 1st appt- followed by 2nd appt for an urgent bone marrow aspiration- the staff were prompt/helpful and friendly, from the reception staff- to the medic , especially a CNS. The whole experience was excellent- even if the diagnosis was not so good...many thanks to the professional staff.

Thank you for your comments regarding the care and treatment afforded to your mum, during her visits to the James Cook University Hospital. I am sorry to learn your mum's diagnosis was not good.
