I had a bad reaction to a horsefly bite that needed attention. It was a Sunday, so went to the minor injuries unit as it was closest to my parents house. The staff were helpful and friendly and after a short wait I was seen by a nurse, given a dressing and a prescription of drugs to help. Staff were lovely and very helpful.
