"Outpatients experience"

About: Hillingdon Hospital

I have had experience of both T&O & Rheumatology outpatient appointments. Both left me feeling I had had exceptional care and my condition throughly investigated. Consultants and Nursing staff kept me well informed and I felt included in my treatment options. Waiting times were very good too!

Thank you for your feedback. The Outpatient departments can be very busy and unpredictable and the staff do their utmost to ensure our patients receive good care, are kept informed and have a positive experience. I would like to thank you for sharing your experiences. It is always nice to deliver positive feedback to our staff. I shall ensure your comments are shared with the staff within those areas.
