"Ward 9 North Team - the NHS @ it's best"

About: Charing Cross Hospital

A relative collapsed @ Heathrow with a CVA. I & some of her immediate family stayed in hospital accommodation for 9 days before she was medivaced back to her home in Switzerland for the last few days of her life. Everyone we came into contact with was caring, helpful & professional. She was @ the centre of the care but we were included & cared for too. I have worked for the NHS for many years as a nurse & a midwife, it made me proud to be part of an amazing organisation. Thank you all.
