"I understand more of trying to manage the pain"

I attended the "back to action" classes for 6 weeks of 2 hourly sessions. Although my back pain is still there, I understand more of trying to manage the pain and using my medication to its best advantages.

The two "physios" - Vicky and Sandra, were absolutely brilliant - I very much enjoyed the talks we had and the interaction between the group members, the physios and each other.

I would recommend anyone to try this class. As I said, Vicky and Sandra were very patient, understanding and approachable on all subjects and I wish them all the best and give them my sincere thanks.
