In July of this year, I was a patient on surgical ward E15 at the Queen's Medical Centre for the treatment of a blood infection. The standard of care I received, from both the medical and the nursing staff, was very good. Information and decision making was shared appropriately and, at all times, I was treated with dignity and respect.
