"Unwelcoming receptionist at Sexual Health..."

I called in a panic about trying to get screening for STI's after a scare. The receptionist was very unsympathetic and could care less about how I was going to be seen immediately. When I asked for an appointment the earliest was a week and a day away, when I informed her that was too long and is their any alternatives she said I cannot recommend anything for you. Right on the website it explains how this department is supposed to be informative and supportive. Ya right! Not impressed!
