(as the patient),

I was a patient at the Chapel Allerton hospital in September 2007 for an operation on my knee. The standard of care I received, from both the medical and the nursing staff, was very good. Information and decision making was shared with me appropriately and, at all times, I was treated with the utmost dignity and respect. I am happy with all aspects of my care.
