"Northern General - Huntsman 16 and 17"

About: Northern General Hospital

(as the patient),

The food and its service standard could have been better. I felt there was indifferent standard of nursing, including staff with limited english language skills. This also applied to some doctors.

Some nurses weighed down by gold chains, bracelets, ear rings etc. I think any jewellery is innaproriate in a ward setting. There were also unidentifiable "ward managers" frequently in civilian clothes. What happened to well spoken uniformed sisters? The curious nursing training seems to be trainees striving for degrees instead of learning to give first class service to patients.
