Just been released from Russells Hall Hospital, sent straight to EAU Dept. was seen with in minutes with agonising lower back pain turned out to be kidney stones(very painfull) pain relief given speedily as &when needed by increasing amounts. Transferred to C8 staff very attentive & caring. All staff took interest in my needs from catering onwards. Several staff would get a mention if I could remember their names which im sorry I cannot .Brilliant team all round on a very hectic ward. Well done.Transferred to B6 after op. care received was very professional without being intrusive. Again seeming to have time for you when pressed by their work load,as was the other depts.i vistited Thank you all very much. Please pass my comments to appropriate wards
