"lacerated elbow"

I visited a and e stepping hill on morning of sat 8/6/13 having incurred a painful and bloody right elbow due to a fall on concrete in my garden. all staff, reception, assessment, doctor, x-ray and nurse [who cleaned and dressed my wound] were very courteous, respectful and competent and i fellt completely at ease. I had initial assessment within 15 mins and in total was treated and left happily within 2 and a bit hours. Despite my pain a pleasant and productive experience.
