"Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy ~ 30th December 2013"

About: Springfield Hospital

From the initial referral, through tests and pre - admission assesment, to the operation itself , I was treated with the utmost care, dignity and professionalism by everyone at Springfield Hospital . My concerns were addressed with respect and empathy...I was informed and encouraged to ask questions at every stage of my treatment . The whole experience was calm and quiet in an extremely clean and pleasant room ( No 57) on Chelmer Ward , I felt safe and cared for and although I was only there for day surgery, had I needed to stay longer it would have been a very pleasant environment and atmosphere to recover in. Thank you all Louise Barrell
