"Care of elderly patient"

My elderly father, in declining health, was admitted to the N&N shortly before Christmas 2013. He failed to respond to treatment and passed away after eleven days. During this difficult time, the care which he received was exemplary; despite lapsing into a coma, he was treated with dignity and consideration to the end. I should like to thank all the staff who made this sad time as pleasant as possible, both for my father and for his family.
