I came into A & E New Year's Eve afternoon with dog bites. Everyone I came into contact with from the receptionist, triage nurse, x-rayers, staff nurse etc were fantastic. I was speedily put through all the steps of treatment and given a referral letter for Broomhills straight away due to the urgency of preventing infection. Broomhills were also exceptionally good at providing the plastic surgery, anaesthetic, aftercare etc. Thank you so much for your first class care, I know you sometimes have bad patient experiences but definitely not in my case.
