patient/ people skills very poor. too many unprofessional personal comments to patients and relatives (i.e "your mother is very awkward and cunning") just one example. No stimulating things to do, patients just left to TV or sitting.

We would like to apologise for not having responded to these comments at the time, and can assure that we now have a more robust responding system in place.

Recent posts have been responded to and we are now going back through previously un-responded comments to provide this update.

The quality of our inpatient facilities at the Julian Hospital are very positively regarded today, particularly within our wards for people with dementia at the state of the art Hammerton Court specialist dementia unit.

We welcome and monitor closely comments about people’s recent experiences of our services at the Julian Hospital.
