Recently had a back operation, from the first day when I arrived I was treated with care and dignity. I was well informed and cared for. The consultant who carried out the operation was totaly professional with a very understanding informative bed side manour. All staff at New Hall Hospital were very kind caring and above all very professional. The room was very clean and comfortable. Thank you to all the staff.
