What could be improved
A visit to Mount Stevens ward arranged by our GP at very short notice to get urgent assessment of an eye condition resulted in four hours wait on day one and two hours on day two. On day three, a consultant was seen and dealt with the problem competently and kindly. But why was it necessary to have to see a nurse then a doctor then another doctor before getting to the right person?
