"visiting times for immediate family, wife, dad,..."

Had knee surgery which resulted in blood clots in leg and lungs. Need to do very specific exercises to recover which the physio helps with, but only see them once aweek. Asked if my wife or dad or mum or brother could sit with me during the day to help. Told no..visiting times only. So angry as they caused the clots in the first place. How can they not nuderstand the benefits of having this rehab help and ones you love the most with you.? They take 15 mins to respond to your buzzer. Completely rediculas rules that do noyhing for the patient.
