About: Salisbury District Hospital

(as a relative),

What I liked

.

What could be improved

My wife is currently in the hospital and she, and other patients are in urgent need of physiotherapy. There was no physiotherapy

from Thursday 21st August until Tuesday August 26th and again no physio on Wednesday August 27th. Why?

Also, on admission to the hospital she had to wait an hour for a response by nurses on two occasions, and a further wait of 35 minutes when waiting for a commode. This leaves an awful lot to be desired

We agree that the care you describe "leaves an awful lot to be desired" and are sorry that this is your experience. We take feedback from patients and their relatives seriously here at Salisbury District Hospital, and we would like to investigate your comments further. Please would you be able to telephone our PALS service (0800 374208)to tell us the name of the ward that you are referring to?
