I have spent a very frustrating morning try to contact the hospital.

Your appointment numbers are not answered, despite the treatening letter you have sent regarding the consequences of not attending an appointment.

I am not surprised that people do not attend clinics.

Your medical care has always been second to none; sort out your customer services administration!
