What I liked
Little to like. Very badly organised. My last appointment was not 'logged in the system'. The nurses wouldn't believe me even though I had a letter with the appointment time on it.
The last time I made an appointment I was told the wrong day over the phone. Now all my notes have been sent back to the consultant. No treatment now until I get hold of the consultant's office - no answer after a week of trying.
What could be improved
Most things. Waiting times long. Appointments always run late (when you've got one, or somehow managed to beat the system and they know you're coming).
The last doctor I saw was rude, patronising and incredibly unhelpful. The hospital could not do a better job of making you feel like they don't care.
