Excellent from beginning to end. Several members of the team have been involoved in my care as an out-patient, where I have had a few visits, plus I have been on the day ward several times as well. They have at all times been very pleasant and take time to discuss my condition and the plan for my care. When I have needed to be seen as an emergency, this has always been arranged promptly with out-patient reviews. Team genuinely cares & is interested in patients, even though they obviously have a heavy workload.
