What I liked
The staff are brilliant, well trained and effecient. All procedures are explained thoroughly. The critical care ward in particular is fantastic - but I'm not recommending you have a heart attack to find out!!!
What could be improved
Check out time needs to be speeded up. It would free up beds and keep patients happier because when you've had a procedure and you're well again, you just want to get back home.
