From booking my own appointment time, right through to my discharge, a most pleasant experience (if there could be one) for my Carpel Tunnel operation ! What turned out to be a 10 minute operation, I was reassured completely by the Consultant and his team. Clean quiet and calm, wonderful. Comfortable chairs and a 'proper' cup and saucer for my post op tea and biscuits. How civilized. Will opt for Blakelands once again for my left hand surgery when time arrives.
