I found the whole experience of visiting the hospital relaxed and reassuring, the surroundings pleasant and the staff friendly but professional. Information regarding who to contact should I have problems was given on leaving the hospital, as was a follow up appointment. I have to return for further but different treatment and have no issues with going back to New Hall.
