Dear All at Euxton Hall All too often we are quick to complain yet slow to praise. I would like to praise all the nurses involved with my visit yesterday 05Mar2013 for a Colonoscopy. From the moment I arrived the nurses made me feel extremely relaxed, I have to say that I was quite nervous and anxious about the procedure and possible findings. The Nurse that greeted me in the room put me at ease, the Nurse that put my cannula in again very nice and put me at ease. All the Nurses in the Theatre during the proceedure were simply great. The Consultant put me so at ease whilst remaining professional. His manner and approach was excellent and he made a delicate procedure seem not a problem, with an element of humour, again putting me at ease. In summary............ Thanks to you all Ian Page ( Happy Patient )
