"Having a hip replacement"

From the initial consultation to discharge I was delighted and impressed with the treatment I received. The staff were kind, welcoming and sensitive. The accommodation was excellent and was kept immaculately clean by the housekeeping staff. The physiotherapists were informative and encouraging and I felt confident taking my first steps with my new hip. The nurse who rang me to check on my progress at home was sympathetic and quick to put my worries at rest. I would recommend the Horder Centre to anyone faced with a hip replacement. A huge thank you to the caring and hardworking staff from a very grateful patient.
