What could be improved

My wife is 7 months pregnant and was admitted into Queen Marys with high blood pressure. She is under the care of the Kent team midwives we found her stay very frustrating not good when suffering from high blood pressure due to the fact that the ward midwives cannot care for any kent team ladies on one occasion my wife buzzed for some pain killers and had to wait 40 minutes as the kent team had to be bleeped and pulled out of the delivery suite this does not seem an efficient way to run a maternity ward there seems to be a lot of internal politics and low morale which ultimately affects the patients we still have to have our baby here and i am really concerned about the care of my wife
