"if only all were as it is here ..."

I was first approached by telephone from the Centre regarding my procedure which was due again. I was asked if I still wanted it to be done, and as I have been in hospital twice since with problems relating to the same, I was quite pleased to hear from them. All in all, from the outset, from the initial call, my going to see the Consultant, the following week, it has taken a mere three weeks! I and my partner could not fault a thing, all the staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and help in any way they can to make you feel at ease with it all. So, if there were to be a points score to be given, we would have no hesitation to give the Boston NHS Treatment Centre the full amount. All done and dusted in three weeks! Loved the chocolate and orange cookies afterwards too, but don't tell them or they will seek to charge for them! Even had a call from them this morning, the day after, to make sure all was good, where else do you see this sort of attention to detail? So I will say a big "thank you" to all who work so efficiently there, and can only say to any body who needs their care, to relax as they will find no better anywhere!
