The nurses and healthcare staff at lynfield mount are very professional but still are approachable. They have time for patients even though they are busy. The staff communicate well with each other and listen to the patients views on their care. I felt looked after and safe whilst an inpatient on the ward. I also felt involved with all aspects of my care. A good, clean hospital with dedicated staff. The meals are also of high standard and there is a good selection to choose from once you know how to order meals.
