"Appalling"

About: Queen Charlotte's Hospital

I'm not an euphorical new mother on cloud nine a few of which seem to have shared their positive experience here, and am reviewing their gynae hospital and clinical services. If I could, I'd rate staff cooperation with a negative number as not only are they uncooperative, they go out of their way not to do their job and to create obstructions. Disorganised, inefficient, unhelpful 98% of the time.
