"having a baby"

About: Alexandra Hospital

after being messed around for days at Worcester hospital we were finally told we could transfer to redditch the it was fantastic less than a day after getting there i had my baby and although i didn't always agree with the staff we got there in the end and they were trying the best they could to provide the best possible care for my self and my baby i would absolutely go there again the staff are really friendly if they see you looking lost in the hospital they always give you directions and are more than happy to go out of there way to make you feel comfortable even if it means listening to you complain 10 times in one day that you really really cannot drink any-more than you have already and that you want this blasted thing taken out of your arm :-)

Thank you for your positive comments about the staff in the maternity unit at the Alexandra Hospital. It is highly motivating for the staff to receive positive feedback. If you would be willing to discuss your concerns about being messed around at Worcester please would you contact Alison Talbot, Maternity Matron on 01527 503030 and she can pass your comments on to her colleagues at Worcester.
