I was an ENT patient receiving a Septoplasty procedure that required an overnight stay. Throughout my stay I received the very best of treatment from all levels of staff, delivered in a professional, friendly and extremely courteous manner that made the experience a most pleasurable one, under the circumstances. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and everything was explained thoroughly beforehand. I would have no hesitation in recommending the hospital to friends and family and would certainly ensure that it was my first choice for future treatments.
