"Area 'G'"

I entered the centre, not sure of what to expect. To my surprise I was greeted by a lovely receptionist, then an equally lovely lady escorted me into Bay 4 where I sat not sure of what to expect (I was asked to remove my garments and put on a nighty). I was left a little while, but was fine with that. In came a nurse, a lovely and caring nurse who said she would be looking after me and look after me she did. She couldn't do enough for me and I will be grateful to her for making my stay a less daunting one as I was really worried about the procedure and she made me comfortable and calm. Again, I was taken into surgery where another friendly face greeted me again, a soothing voice relaxed me - I knew nothing further until I was returned and 'came round' in Bay 4. Oh yes, not to forget the Anaesthetist and Consultant. I would like to thank you all so much for the experience and would hope that this will continue. You guys are doing a steriling job. Now I want you to get paid your worth! Well we may have to wait a while for that one but one can hope! Kind regards and thank you for the experience.
