Had a follow up appointment with my consultant who has been excellent having previously spent several months with an inflammed infected skin problem which has been difficult to identify. His diagnosis, treatment and explanations have been clear and easy to understand. He told me I had to have a biopsy whilst not a fun proceedure it was done with great care and the staff involved including a student were all excellent and vary caring and all explained what was happening and what I had to do for aftercare.
