"My car gets better treatement at the garage"

About: Leicester General Hospital

Urology plus other problems I made a formal complaint about this hospital, didn't improve things much as you might guess. Long waiting times, bad car park experiences, arrogant doctors, often with poor english, could not read my case notes properly, one even got the wrong test results, hopeless. Bedside manner, what's that, you must be kidding. However the nurses and non medical staff were very decent, they deserve 5 stars. Doctors need to realise patients are more important than their own egos, if it were not us for patients, they would not have a job.
