"Practice diabetes nurse as primary medic "

I was referred to the practice diabetes nurse as the only medic taking care of diabetes related problems. I did not get on with her and have found it difficult to receive any satisfactory medical assistance for my diabetes. I have told doctors in the practice, who still refer me to her for my diabetes assessments, and there seems no way around this. This is an ongoing problem that affects me today, but has been going on for a year or more.
