I was a patient in the Department of Clinical Haematology at the Nottingham City hospital for the treatment of a lymphoma. The standard of care which I received was very good in all respects. The staff were all extremely professional but, at the same time, compassionate and friendly. They always treated me with respect and as an individual. All staff appeared well organised and always in control of the situation. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them.
Thank you to Dr Andrew Haynes and the team of nurses in the outpatients clinic and day care unit at the Dept of Clinical Haematology.
