"2 year old with concussion"

My 2 year old fell, hitting his head extremely hard. He then went straight to sleep n within a hour was been violently sick. Spoke to nhs, told to go to a & e as needed to be monitored n seen within a hour. We sat in the waiting room for nearly 2 hours with my son continuing to be violently sick. We were eventually seen after I found a doctor and told them I was disgusted! Within 15 minutes of assessment my son was seen by doctors who told me I should have located a doctor sooner....... One word for this service disgusting
