My wife has been let down with this hospital,so many times its unreal She has made several complaints and got know were the chief of the hospital did not answer her questions just brushed it under the carpets. As a consequence of her complaint she has been left to suffer and know one to turn to, she has been told if you send any more emails they will be looked at but will not get a correspondence back. My wife has had some great doctors at the newcastle nhs trust, just a shame the general surgery team let this hospital down. It is no good contacting the complaints office as they do not like you to complain. The chief correspondence back to my wife was very blunt and rude.
