I just want to give thanks to the staff on ward 20 at heartlands following the death of our mother. They were very sympathetic while being professional and helped to make a distressing wait/watch more bearable. In particular I wish to thank the staff nurse on duty on New Years Eve for all his kindness. Linda Bayliss
