The Hospital staff are the real key to making your treatment at Lister Hospital a pleasant experience. Throughout my treatment there, my dealings with the staff, from consultants to nursing staff has been exlempary. The referal from my GP to the Urology Dept was quite quick and follow up treatments were no more than a few weeks, just as I was told they would be despite Christmas in the middle of them. The excellent bedside manor of the consultants carefully explained all the options for my treatment in a language that I could understand in order to help me to make informed decisions. On the day of my procedure, the nursing staff processed my admission with calm reassurance, a true credit to their nursing skills and experience. A big thank you to the Radiology Dept for all their help during what could have been a far more daunting experience than it actually was.
