Anything else?
I was referred to A&E today by my GP and I was in pain and been quite poorly. Although I had been referred we expected a delay in being seen, as the ambulances were arriving in droves, obviously taking priority. When we were seen, apologies for the wait were numerous. The staff were obviously very very busy, but I was treated so well, consulted on every step that was being taken, had blood tests and x rays and a chat to the registrar. I cannot fault the care I was given and the staff could not have been nicer. Well done Torbay A&E and thank you so much.
"Thank you"
